BRANDON DE SOUZA (Managing Director)
Brandon de Souza was one of India's topmost professional golfers in the late 80s and early 90s and developed a fan club of his own thanks to his long-hitting abilities. He won several pro titles during his playing career and represented India on numerous occasions in international tournaments he is one of India's leading coaches at the moment. Brandon takes great pride in being a trouble-shooter, but in reality it is his meticulous planning which leaves no chance for trouble. A Goan settled in Kolkata, Brandon, a diehard supporter of the 'City of Joy' is always full of life and loves to lead by example.


DIGRAJ SINGH (Director)
Digraj Singh was one of India's top amateurs during his playing days, but never turned pro. Among his major achievements are winning a gold medal at the National Games and a Sri Lankan Open triumph. Digraj started India's first golf coaching academy (the Albatross Golf Academy in Mumbai). Digraj Singh is a perfectionist to the core, and will happily do the same thing several times till he is satisfied with the outcome. His philosophical leanings can be traced to his 'Forum' days.


Lt. Col. TUSHAR PITRE (Chief Operating Officer)
Lt. Col. Tushar Pitre is a ‘Been There, Done That’ man in every sense of the word. A fourth generation Army officer, Tushar was commissioned to the Armoured Corps in 1981. He served in various appointments, including in active insurgency areas like J&K and Nagaland. A graduate from the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington, Tushar was also awarded an M.Sc. in Defence Studies, and then added an MBA degree with a specialization in Personnel Management. He represented India at the United Nations Assistance Mission in Rwanda (UNAMIR). Tushar sought premature retirement in December 2001 and worked with the Cabinet Secretariat till April 2006. He has received service awards from the Army and the Cabinet Secretariat. Tushar, who had played hockey at a representative level, chose to pursue his childhood passion and join a sports management company, and is now the Chief Operating Officer with Tiger Sports Marketing.

RAJNEETA MARWAH (Vice President, Western Region– Marketing)
Daughter of an army officer, Rajneeta Marwah lived and studied at various cities across the country. This has helped her develop the skills of making friends easily and adjust to different situations and circumstances. She did her Hotel Management from the All India Institute of Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition, Bombay, but never worked in the industry. Instead, she became a designer and had a boutique in Delhi and even designed and managed a fashion show in Paris in June 1995 at the UNESCO as well as several other shows. Joined Tiger Sports Marketing in 1996 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. She now heads the Mumbai operations of TSM. Started studying Feng Shui from the Imperial School of Feng Shui in 1997. Is a student of the subject as well as a consultant, having various industrialists and film stars amongst her clients. An excellent manager, she is also trying to be a good mother.
